Good location near Goldhawk road tube. Comfortable beds, though the rooms are quite small.
Most rooms are in the basement with poor ventilation and unpleasant odors. Showers have inconsistent water temperature, often boiling hot or freezing. Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frequent, particularly during mornings.

We were given a guest room, it was nice cosy and nicely decorated. The food was freshly made, with a good choice of options. This hotel met requirements in every way, couldn't recommend more.

The room itself was well-equipped and with bed next to window and TV, as example. Walk from a metro station, the location was stunning and favourable, to metro station as well as to restaurants...

Packed with surprises, Good and Bad
The staff were polite and friendly! The location is ideal, being close to the tube and nearby eateries.
The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable maintenance issues that overshadowed the stay.

The hotel had a pretty good location with close access to the tube and decent breakfast options. Staff were helpful and friendly. Some common areas seemed to need a bit of attention for cleanliness, detracting from the overall experience.

Cheap and cheerful no frills hotel, good for those on a budget who can't hack dorm rooms.
Breakfast wasn't up to much bet there you go.

There were rats in my room, and the hairdryer that they gave me did not work. The hotel concierge called me a taxi and quoted me a price and the price was twice that when I got to my destination

It was just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in London with excellent value for money. The staff kindly went out of their way to get soya milk for breakfast, made my stay more comfortable. Try to ask for a room away from the busy street for a quieter night.
